Gyms aren’t for everyone. When using an exercise machine, you can begin to feel like a machine yourself, powering through a workout without consideration for your overall physical and emotional health. That’s why I decided to create a new way to train.
My name is Nele and I’d like to introduce you to Lale, my holistic approach to coaching that trains your body and mind through a specialized blend of bodyweight exercises, yoga, and meditation.
My mission is to inspire you to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Through body, breathing, and meditation exercises, I provide the tools for living in balance, helping you to alleviate high stress and low energy and to achieve your personal fitness and weight loss goals.

With Lale's emphases on breathing and meditation, you'll be able to quiet your mind, while customizes physical exercises strengthen your body. Instead of mashines, I focus on bodyweight exercises like yoga poses, cardio, and custom workouts to target stomach, back, arms, and legs.
I am also able to offer swimming, running, climbing, and more as part of a specialized personal training package.
Personal training is a wonderful way to meet your fitness goals. Each Lale training session will be customized to achieve your specific desires and we will work together to refine your regimen.

Prana Vinyasa, developed by Shiva Rea, is a practise that teaches you how to change with the flow of your life energy. Prana is our life-force, our breath, and the movements of life. Vinyasa means evolution.
The art of Prana Vinyasa rekindles the power of movement meditation. Movement meditation is a way of entering into a flow of consciousness, which often obstructed by the stresses of everyday life. For those who find seated meditation to be physically or internally torturous, movement meditation offers a way to achieve an unbroken, natural state of flow.
Together, we will strengthen our bodies, calm our minds, and achieve inner balance and peace. This can lead to lower stress, a stronger immune system, enhanced creativity, and a deeper connection to yourself and to life.

Yoga on the Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)
Yoga on the water takes away the walls and the ground and opens up the experience to what is above and below.
It reminds me to stay soft and gentle.
In our every day life we often try to push for something, drive for a goal or force a relationship. Sometimes what works best is to soften into something greater.
The element of water is really powerful and makes you realize how to go with the flow in life and not work against the tides.
As soon as we start to do yoga on the water we start to learn how to make it on land and in life. We are surrounded by this incredible studio of life and nature and the elements and while everything else is changing we have to be able to move with it and to find inner balance.
For me personally there is no better way to disconnect and find peace. It is the one meditation where I don't have to try, it just happens naturally.
SUP-Yoga is wonderful for both beginners and experts, kids and adults, alike. No experience necessary.

What would it be like if we lived like water?
Water is the softest of substances, but it’s also one of the most powerful. Whilst yielding, it is also powerful enough to cut through a rock and shape canyons and mountains. It teaches us that whatever is fluid, soft and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. What is soft is strong.
Floating can be booked from 1-5 hours and is also available including lunch at the lake.

My name is Nele and one of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that life is forever changing and we must never hesitate to live our deepest passions.
My greatest passions are sports and music. When I was eight years old, I started competing in equestrian vaulting and gymnastics and my passion for sports has remained with me ever since. My sports have taught me to be focused, to strive for excellence, and to live in the moment. They taught me how to both win and lose, and showed me the beauty of playing as part of a team. They provided me with the opportunity to travel and to meet new people.

The Studio Tamaro Zendo is located in Berlin-Mitte in Schlegelstraße 9, 10115 Berlin in the backyard (S-Bahn Nordbahnhof, U6 Naturkundemuseum, M8, M10 and Tram12, Bus 245).
In the southwest of Berlin is situated the idyllic Groß Glienicke See with its islands and the Rana Spa Peninsula. Sheltered from the bustle of the city but in its immediate vicinity, there is place of peace and relaxation.
Located in Berlin’s diplomatic quarter. Das Stue was renovated to invoke a calming ambience, with open spaces and contemporary minimalist design. Das Stue’s daylight Spa, which opens its doors to the courtyard when the first rays of sunlight emerge, offers an indoor swimming pool, which invites you to let go and boost your energy.
